If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. You should also take care when uploading other documents not to upload anything with personal information. Visitors to the website cannot see your documents nor download them, but they are accessible by Prevalent Software staff.

How long we retain your data

For users that login to the demo website (demo.quillix.net), we store the email address and name that they provide in their user profile only for the use of the demo website. The information is not used to contact them or shared with anyone else. When the demo website is reset (every 1 to 3 months depending on traffic), all personal information and changes made by any user are reset.

For users who request information from the prevasoft website (www.prevasoft.com), we store your name and email address to fulfill your information request. When the request is fulfilled, your information is deleted. 

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on the demo website, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you at any time. Please make this request by email to and include the email address that we should erase.
